The failure of either party to enforce at any time or for any period of time any of the provisions of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision or the right of the party to enforce each and every such provision. If the whole or any part of a provision of these Terms of Use is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable under the law of any jurisdiction, that will not affect the legality, validity or enforceability under the law of that jurisdiction of the remainder of the provision in question or any other provision of these Terms of Use and the legality, validity or enforceability under the law of any other jurisdiction of that or any other provision of these Terms of Use.
Access
We reserve the right at all times to terminate or restrict your access to the Site, if in our sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Use or we consider, in our sole discretion, that your Use of the Site to be immoral or illegal. Any such termination or restriction shall be without prejudice to any obligations imposed on you under these Terms of Use (including, without limitation, any restrictions on your use of any Content) which shall continue to bind you without limit in time.
Please be advised that purchased content is limited to three individual devices, including computers, smartphones and tablet PCs. Logging in to purchased content on any device counts as one of the three allowable devices. Once the limit of three devices has been reached, a user may authorise an additional device for access to their purchased content by contacting the Help Desk ([email protected]).
Paid Subscription Service
Post Publications reserves the right to restrict access to content within our website, iOS app and Android app. Access to restricted content can be determined as a paid subscription based service. You must register, set up an account and pay a subscription to gain access to the entirety of this content (paid subscription service). The subscription fees are set by and can be subject to change at any time at the discretion of Post Publications Ltd. A paid subscription service is personal to you and may not be transferred or assigned to any other person or corporate body. When purchasing a paid subscription service through our website, iOS app or Android app you agree to pay all fees, charges and applicable taxes that are required. To purchase a paid subscription service you must provide an accepted valid payment card and by providing such information, you thereby authorise Post Publications Ltd to charge all fees and applicable taxes through that payment method when they are deemed due. Any queries regarding billing must be raised with Post Publications within 30 days of the query occurring. If we are unable to process payment for your paid subscription service fees when due Post Publications reserves the right to suspend your access without notice. All paid subscription services are calendar based. All services will continue as per the term advertised and Post Publications Ltd will charge the advertised rate to your payment method unless and until you cancel your subscription or it is terminated by Post Publications Ltd. Unless you notify us before the end of your subscription period that you no longer wish to continue (see Cancelling a Paid Subscription Service), your subscription will renew using the same payment card that you previously used.
Cancelling a Paid Subscription Service
Subscriptions purchased through our mobile responsive website can be cancelled by phone during business hours (Monday to Friday 9:30a.m. until 5:30p.m. Irish time) on (+353) 1 602 6000 or email [email protected] for a free call back. Subscriptions purchased through the iTunes or Google Play can be cancelled at any time, within your device’s subscription area. Where you cancel your subscription prior to its expiry date, your subscription access will remain until the date of expiration. You will not be refunded for any unused period of time but no further payments will occur.
Your Rights Under The Consumer Rights Directive
You have the right to cancel your subscription contract within 14 days of your initial purchase without giving a reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from commencement (receipt of payment) of the subscription. To exercise this right, you must inform us in writing of your wish to cancel by an unequivocal statement through post to: Post Publications Ltd., Hambleden House, 19/26 Pembroke Street Lower, Dublin, D02 WV96 or by email stating the full name and email used to subscribe to [email protected] We must receive the instruction to cancel before the 14 day period has expired. Outside of this 14 day period the initial payment is non-refundable.
Trial subscriptions and initial offers
Where we provide a trial subscription or initial offer, we will through the subscription process detail the pricing of the subscription after the offer period ends. After the trial or offer period shown, your subscription will renew automatically at the full subscription price unless you cancel your subscription beforehand. To cancel your subscription please call us by phone during business hours (Monday to Friday 9:30a.m. until 5:30p.m. Irish time) on (+353) 1 602 6000 or email [email protected] for a free call back.
This offers are not available to existing subscribers or subscribers that have recently cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions immediately and without refund, any subscriber we believe have availed of these offers outside of the terms we have set.

The length of time we retain your personal information
We retain your personal information for as long as you continue to receive digital services from us. This allows you to continue accessing our content, products and services.
If you cease receiving a service from PPL we will retain your personal data for a total of 24 months for legal and audit reasons. After this period we will either automatically delete the data completely or make the database entry completely anonymous, only retaining non-personal information such as the service type.
It is sometimes necessary for us to keep your personal information for longer periods of time, for example:
If there is a statutory requirement to retain it.
If we require the information for legal reasons or there is a legitimate business need for us to retain it.
